Create Plug in from API, install Plug in for different Shopping Carts

We’re a company called OkeApp who offers discounts to our members. And for our merchants which have online stores, we need to add a paying method into their website/shopping cart. Something like Stripe.
We already have Open API documentation and what we need from you is to Create Plug-in for various shopping backends.
main task:
1) Create plug in for carts. Some Examples:
WP Ecommerce (WordPress)
JigoShop (WordPress)
Shopify, Shopage, Bouqtir
2) Help a merchant install plug in.
3) Ad-hoc projects for merchants with their own source code. We can discuss on a project basis.
